What is scalp micropigmentation?

The scalp micropigmentation technique involves depositing black ink diluted with sterile water into the dermis, the upper layer of the skin. Our technique is similar to permanent make-up. We use it to recreate the look of a closely shaved head, or to simulate dense hair using darker pigments placed through longer hair. The results are visible immediately, with no side effects. SMP is therefore an excellent alternative to a hair transplant, and a very good solution to baldness.

On average, the results last 2 to 2.5 years, during which time the pigment fades slightly. A touch-up session is entirely possible from that point. As you can see, scalp micropigmentation is the remedy for hair loss: it requires no anaesthetic and no surgery.
