I started scalp micropigmentation in 2013 in England. The training lasted 3 intense months and was hard at first, but by persevering, I was finally truly happy with my work after 6 months. Offering a lasting and effective solution to hair loss, when you have suffered from it yourself, demands a very high personal standard. I was lucky enough to meet Anne 10 years ago, and when I set up on my own, asking her to work in this field was an obvious choice. She is the most empathetic and sociable person I know. In my view, these are 2 essential qualities for working in scalp micropigmentation. She is also very meticulous and always questions her own work. Then Charles joined the team. He is a patient, meticulous practitioner who explains things very clearly. According to some clients, he even has a philosophical side!
I have been very lucky, because I can trust these 2 SMP practitioners completely. We are a team in constant communication, because every client is different, and we try to understand each person's expectations as well as we can. That is why, when we are unsure about a shade or about specific expectations, we regularly discuss the possible options.
